Bilawal Bhutto Says Pakistan Helped Terror Groups in the Past

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, a top political leader in Pakistan, has admitted that Pakistan supported some terrorist groups in the past. He made this statement while speaking about the country’s foreign policy and security history.

Bhutto said that, many years ago, Pakistan’s government and military supported some extremist groups, thinking it would help during regional conflicts. But later, those groups became a problem for Pakistan itself, causing violence, fear, and hurting the country’s image around the world.

He said it’s time to accept these mistakes and work toward peace. Bhutto wants Pakistan to focus on development, education, and better relations with other countries, instead of using militant groups for political or military goals.

His comments are getting a lot of attention inside and outside Pakistan. Some people praised him for telling the truth and being honest. But others feel his words could make Pakistan look bad internationally.

Still, Bilawal Bhutto said that being honest is the first step toward change. He wants Pakistan to build a future based on peace, democracy, and smart decisions—not violence or extremism.
