7 Suspected Terrorists Killed While Trying to Enter Jammu

Indian security forces stopped a major infiltration attempt at the border in Samba, Jammu and Kashmir. Seven men, believed to be terrorists from the Jaish-e-Mohammed group, were killed by the Border Security Force (BSF) while trying to cross into India.

The incident happened late at night on May 8. Around 11 PM, BSF surveillance cameras noticed some movement near the border. The terrorists were trying to enter India in the dark and were being helped by gunfire from Pakistani soldiers at a nearby post.

The BSF reacted quickly and returned fire. A short gun battle followed, and all seven terrorists were killed. The BSF also targeted the Pakistani post that supported the infiltration attempt.

This happened at a time when tensions between India and Pakistan are already high. Just weeks earlier, a terrorist attack in Pahalgam killed 26 people. In response, India launched “Operation Sindoor” to destroy terrorist camps across the border. Since then, Pakistan has tried to carry out attacks using drones and missiles.

Now, the Indian army and BSF are on high alert in areas like Samba, Arnia, and RS Pura to stop any further attempts to cross the border.

This action by the BSF shows how alert and ready Indian forces are to protect the country.
