Fire Breaks Out Near Charminar – Multiple Deaths and Injuries Reported

A serious fire happened early on Sunday morning near the famous Charminar in Hyderabad. The fire started around 6 a.m. at a building in the Gulzar House area, where there was a pearl shop on the ground floor and people living on the top floors.

The fire may have started because of a short circuit, but police and fire officials are still checking the exact reason. As soon as the fire was reported, firefighters rushed to the spot with water trucks and started rescue work.

Many people were trapped inside, but some were saved in time. Sadly, some people died in the fire, and many others were badly hurt. The injured were taken to Osmania Hospital and Yashoda Hospital. A few people are still in critical condition.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said he was very sad about this incident and told doctors to give the best treatment to the injured. He also asked officials to help the families who lost their loved ones. Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy visited the place and said old buildings in busy areas must follow fire safety rules properly.

This fire has raised big concerns about safety in old city areas, where shops and homes are often in the same buildings. The government is now checking if the building followed the proper safety rules.

This sad event shows how important it is to have good fire safety systems and regular checks, especially in crowded places.
