Two Helicopters Crash in Finland – 5 People Killed

Two small helicopters crashed into each other while flying over a town called Eura in Finland. The accident happened around 12:30 in the afternoon(Finland time), and sadly, all five people in the helicopters died.

Both helicopters were flying from Tallinn, Estonia to an air show in Kokemäki, Finland. One helicopter was from Estonia, and the other was from Austria. The helicopters were the same model – Robinson R44, a small type often used for short trips.

People who saw the crash said one helicopter suddenly fell down fast, like a stone, and the second one followed shortly after. There was no loud sound before the crash. The two crash sites were found close to each other in a forest area.

Two of the people who died were well-known Estonian businessmen – Oleg Sõnajalg, who worked in wind energy, and Priit Jaagant, a business leader.

Police and aviation officials from Finland and Estonia are now working together to find out what caused the crash. They are checking for any technical problems or mistakes during the flight.

This accident has shocked many people and raised concerns about air safety during small private flights.
