Four Young Men Die in Terrible Road Accident on UP Highway<Video>
A very sad road accident happened on Saturday, May 31, 2025, on the Gorakhpur-Varanasi highway near Barhalganj in Uttar Pradesh. Four young men were riding on the same motorcycle when they were hit by a fast-moving SUV coming from the opposite direction. All four died in the crash.
According to CCTV footage, the motorcycle was trying to overtake a tractor when the SUV suddenly came from the other side and hit them directly. The crash was so strong that two of the boys were thrown high into the air, and the other two were dragged by the SUV for almost 100 meters.
The four men—Sunil Kumar, Pradeep Kumar, Arvind Kumar, and Rahul Kumar—were quickly taken to the hospital by local people. Sadly, Sunil, Pradeep, and Arvind died on the spot. Rahul was seriously hurt and died while on the way to another hospital.
Police said the SUV is registered in the name of a woman named Nivedita Shukla. However, the person driving the SUV ran away after the accident and has not been found yet. The police are now looking for the driver and have started an investigation.
This shocking accident has made people in the area very upset. Many are now asking for better traffic control and stricter rules to avoid such painful accidents in the future.
