Tata EV Launches 10 Mega Charging Stations Across Key Highways

Tata Passenger Electric Mobility has launched 10 Mega Charging Stations for electric vehicles (EVs) for the first time in India. These ultra-fast chargers have been set up in partnership with ChargeZone and Static Energy.

  • 3 stations on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Highway
  • 4 stations on the Delhi–Jaipur Highway
  • 1 station on the Pune–Nashik Highway
  • 1 station each in Bengaluru and Udaipur cities

These mega chargers can provide up to 150 km of range in just 15 minutes, offering high-speed charging convenience for EV users.

Each charging station is equipped with restrooms and dining facilities for travelers.

According to Balaji Rajan, Chief Strategy Officer of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, this rollout is part of Tata’s larger goal to install 500 mega chargers across the country. The company also plans to double the number of existing charge points by 2027.
