Zomato Stops 15-Minute Delivery Service After 4 Months

Food delivery company Zomato has stopped its 15-minute food delivery service, just four months after it started. The company had launched this fast service to deliver food very quickly, but it has now been removed due to service problems.

Zomato promised to bring food to customers in just 15 minutes, but many people faced issues. Some customers got wrong orders, some received food late, and some said the quality was not good. Restaurants also found it hard to cook meals so quickly without making mistakes.

Because of these problems, Zomato decided to stop the 15-minute delivery and go back to the normal delivery time of around 25 to 35 minutes.

A Zomato spokesperson said, “We are always trying new things. This idea didn’t work as expected, but we learned from it. Now we want to focus on giving better and more reliable service.”

Many users said they are okay with waiting a little longer if the food is hot, tasty, and correct.

Now, Zomato will focus on improving food quality, delivery timing, and customer satisfaction, instead of rushing to deliver in just 15 minutes.
