Varanasi School Teacher Accuses Dean of Harassment, Police Start Investigation

A serious complaint has come up from a private school in Varanasi. A female teacher has accused the school’s dean of misbehaving with her and trying to harass her.

According to the teacher, the dean entered her classroom while she was talking on the phone. He took her phone without asking and spoke rudely. Later, he asked her to come to his house at night. When she refused, she says the school fired her without any notice.

The teacher also said that there is CCTV footage that recorded everything. She claimed that the dean has behaved badly with other female staff too and forced them to leave if they didn’t agree with him.

The teacher has filed a complaint at Sigra police station. Police have registered a case and started investigating. They are checking the CCTV footage and will question the people involved.

The school hasn’t given any official response yet.

This case has raised concern about the safety of women at the workplace, especially in schools. People are now demanding strict action and proper safety measures to protect women from such behavior.
