Pakistan-Based Hackers Launch Failed Cyberattack on Republic TV Website

Hackers from Pakistan tried to break into the website of Republic TV, a popular Indian news channel. Their goal was to damage the site and show threatening messages. But their plan failed.

The hackers could only affect a small part of the website. The Republic TV team quickly noticed the problem and fixed it. The website is now working normally, and no important data was stolen.

This was not the only attack. In the past few days, some websites related to India’s defense and education were also targeted. A hacker group called “Pakistan Cyber Force” claimed they were behind these attacks. They tried to steal information from Indian military and government sites.

India’s cyber experts and government are now investigating these hacking attempts. They are also working to make websites and online systems safer.

These kinds of attacks show that not all fights happen on the battlefield. Some happen online too. It’s important for countries to protect their digital systems just like they protect their borders.
