Will Strike Terrorists Anywhere, Even Deep Inside Pakistan: Jaishankar Warns

India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has sent a strong message that the country will not stay silent if terrorists attack. He said India is ready to go deep inside Pakistan to strike back at terrorist groups if needed.

In an interview given in Brussels, Jaishankar said Pakistan has trained and supported thousands of terrorists over the years. These terrorists have often been used to target India. But now, India will not “live with terrorism” anymore, he said. If there is an attack, there will be a strong reply.

When asked about China’s support to Pakistan, Jaishankar said that there should be no confusion or double standards when it comes to terrorism. “Countries cannot look the other way. Terrorism is a serious global issue and everyone must stand against it,” he said.

He made it clear that India’s response will directly target terrorist leaders and their camps. “We don’t care where they are hiding. If they are deep inside Pakistan, we will go there and take action,” he added.

Talking about Operation Sindoor, Jaishankar said India’s air strikes were very successful. Indian fighter jets and missiles hit several key Pakistani air bases, damaging runways and hangars. “You can even see the damage on Google satellite images,” he said.

He said the fighting during the operation stopped on May 10 because India had hit and disabled eight major Pakistani airfields. “That forced them to stop and ask for peace,” he explained.

On the Kashmir issue, Jaishankar said it is not just a political matter between India and Pakistan. “The real problem is terrorism. Pakistan supports terrorists, and that’s what makes it an issue between the two countries. If any terrorist attacks India, we will go after them, even if they are in Pakistan,” he said.

In simple terms, Jaishankar’s message was clear: India will not stay quiet if it is attacked, and it is ready to take strong action against terrorists wherever they are hiding.
