No Fights, But Heavy Fines in IPL 2025 Qualifier 2 Between MI and PBKS

The IPL 2025 Qualifier 2 match between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) was full of excitement and big performances, but there were no fights or arguments between the players. Both teams played the game in a fair and respectful way, showing good sportsmanship even though the pressure was high.

However, both captains were fined because their teams took too long to finish their bowling. According to IPL rules, every team must complete their overs in a fixed amount of time. Since that didn’t happen, MI captain Hardik Pandya was fined ₹30 lakh, and PBKS captain Shreyas Iyer had to pay ₹24 lakh.

Even though there were no heated moments, the match had its share of drama through amazing cricket. Punjab Kings chased down a big target of 204 runs, thanks to a brilliant innings by Shreyas Iyer, who scored 87 runs without getting out. He led the team to a five-wicket victory and took PBKS to the IPL final.

So while there were no fights on the field, both teams did get into trouble for playing slowly. Still, the match was entertaining and was all about great cricket and team spirit.
